Sprained Ankle : Fast Recovery



Methods I’ve done to recover from my ankle injuries at a faster speed

things you'll need:

Tupperware

Hot Water

Epsom Salt

Baking Soda

menthol rub

How To:

Get the water to a level that will cover your whole Ankle (plus some)

Mix the epsom salt and baking soda in the water

Put feet in the water for 15min

Dry feet off and rub menthol rub on injured area
