NCAA Speed Power & MobilityTraining
Todays dynamic mobility was mainly focused on hip and ankle strength/mobility. After we got the body all warmed up we got right into the deceleration work and landing control. We then finished the day with speed work & Conditioning These guys definitely got better today!
