Service Description
This fundamentals class is designed for middle school athletes who want to develop real trench technique early. We focus on stance, footwork, balance, leverage, and safe, controlled hand usage so athletes build great habits before high school. Every drill is broken down clearly so younger athletes can learn fast while staying confident and having fun. This is the perfect class to prepare them for competitive middle school and early varsity success.
