Frequently Asked Questions

1. What ages or grades is this training for?

This specific class is designed for linemen ranging from 14 years old through college athletes. We group athletes by age and skill level to ensure they’re being challenged appropriately.

2. What should my athlete bring to each session?

Athletes should wear cleats, athletic training gear, and bring a water bottle. No pads are needed. We provide the necessary training equipment for drills and technique work.

3. Do I need to register for all sessions or can we drop in?

You can register for single sessions at $125, but we strongly recommend the 7-session bundle at $700 — that’s just $100 per class and saves you $175. The full program is designed for cumulative progress, and spots are limited.

4. What’s the coach-to-athlete ratio?

We keep sessions small to ensure high-quality instruction. Our typical ratio is 12 athletes per coach or fewer. This allows us to give personalized feedback and ensure every athlete is getting hands-on development.

5. What makes this training different from regular team practices?

Team practices often focus on game prep and scheme — we focus 100% on individual skill development. Athletes work on advanced techniques, position-specific drills, and detailed footwork to help them dominate 1-on-1s and win in the trenches.

6. Who’s coaching the sessions?

All sessions are led by Coach Ike, a former NFL lineman and founder of Pro Limit Athletes. Guest coaches with pro and D1 experience may join select sessions to give additional instruction and mentorship.

7. What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

Spots are limited, and registration is final once confirmed. However, if your athlete has an emergency or injury, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to apply your session credit toward a future class.

8. Where do the sessions take place?

All classes are held at 29 Trefoil Drive Trumbull CT, a top-tier indoor facility with turf and space specifically built for skill development.

9. Do you offer private training?

Yes, 1-on-1 sessions are available for advanced athletes or those who need focused development. Spots are limited. Contact us directly for rates and availability.

10. Can parents watch the sessions?

Yes, parents are welcome to observe — we just ask that you stay off the field/turf so we can keep the sessions focused. You’ll see the intensity and structure we bring firsthand.
