PLYO & POWER *GIRLS*

Sometimes Ladies need their own space where they can be comfortable and reach new heights. Plyo & Power *girls* Class is an hour session of exercises that focus on developing the ability for athletes to move their body in an explosive manner. Hour class will typically consist of 

  • Vertimax Work 

  • Plyo Box 

  • Tank Work 

  • Body Weight Training  

  • Weighted Vest Training 

  • Vertical Jump Training  

  • Broad Jump Training 

Athletes that join this class are looking to:

  • Improve Vertical 

  • Improve the ability to absorb Energy 

  • Improve the ability to apply Force quickly 

  • Develop more Lower Body Explosive Power 

  • Develop more Upper Body Explosive Power 

  • Develop more Total Body Explosive Power 

  • Hit Harder 

  • Run Faster
